Terms of Service
By using Helena Mechanical LLC services, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Helena Mechanical LLC provides small engine repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services. All work is based on the condition of the equipment at the time of inspection.
Estimates and Payments
A diagnostic fee may apply and will be communicated before work begins
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
Equipment will not be released until payment is received
Appointments
Appointments are required for service. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
Repairs and Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn components, or issues that arise from normal equipment wear. Additional repairs may be required after initial service.
Abandoned Equipment
Equipment not picked up within a reasonable time after notification may be subject to storage fees or disposal.
